Here are some of the questions most frequently asked by convention planners and the answers that led them to choose Forum Québec DMC.

How long has Forum Québec DMC been in business?
Forum Québec DMC, Québec City’s oldest destination management company, was founded in 1986 by the firm’s President, Gary Marchessault.  Mr. Marchessault has been involved with business tourism since 1975.

We want a savvy well-established, « well connected » DMC. How does your firm correspond to this description?
Because of our many years of experience, Forum Québec DMC is Québec City’s most reputable and most recommended destination management company in Provinces of Quebec and Ontario. We collaborate frequently with the Tourism and Convention Bureaus, the major hotels and the Convention Centres.

Can Forum Québec DMC be reached during weekends and after office hours?
The company's President and/or Sales Director as well as the Project Director can be reached any time during the course of your event.

Who will be assigned to our event?
The company’s President and/or Sales Director, assisted by a Project Director supervises all events for which we are responsible. One of these individuals is present at all times.

What is your payment schedule?
A 25 % deposit is required upon signature of the contract. Sixty days prior to the event, an additional amount representing 25 % will be due as well as another 25% will be due 30 days prior to the event. The outstanding balance of 25 % will be due at the end of the event.

How are Forum Québec DMC’s fees charged to us?
All our fees are included in the prices indicated in our proposals. Once the proposal is accepted, no additional fees are charged.
